Yarra Valley Transfers reserves the right to refuse passage to any customer exhibiting anti-social or unlawful behavior according to the Public Transport Competition Act 1995 with a full no refund policy.

 

   Cancellation Policy

Bookings canceled with Yarra Valley Transfers through this website or via phone or email will incur a cancellation fee of 50% 14 days out (unless canceled within the same day of the booking). More than 7 days before will forfeit 75% of total fees.More than 72 hours before will forfeit 100% of total fee with no refund. Genuine, unexpected circumstances open to interpretation from management at Y V Transfers. This policy does not extend to travel wholesalers, corporate clients or government agencies who are assessed on an ad-hoc basis

 

 

 Soilage and Spoilage Charge 

A cleaning fee will be charged to the hirer based on any damages arising from spillage and spoilage. The amount charged will relate to the individual circumstances. Vandalism on any vehicles or to any properties visited by Yarra Valley Transfers will be addressed with a prosecution.
